To provide a locking/unlocking device, fitting, and an earthquake status calculator that can obtain information on the magnitude of an earthquake and the extent to which a building has been tilted by the earthquake.SOLUTION: A locking/unlocking device, which is provided at a building opening, includes an acceleration sensor with three or more axes and a communication device for uploading information from the acceleration sensor to cloud CL. An earthquake status calculator including a calculating device CO that calculates the magnitude of an earthquake based on the information from the acceleration sensor sent through the communication device, using the acceleration of the direction and the orientation information, and calculates the tilt of the building using the angle, orientation, and height information calculated from the acceleration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震の強さや、地震によりどの程度建物が傾いたか、についての情報を得ることが可能な施解錠装置、建具、及び、地震状況算出装置を提供すること。【解決手段】建物の開口部に設けられる施解錠装置であって、3軸以上の加速度センサと、加速度センサからの情報をクラウドCLへアップロードするための通信装置と、を備える施解錠装置である。通信装置を介して送られる加速度センサからの情報に基づいて、方向の加速度と方位情報とにより地震の強さを算出し、加速度から算出する角度と方位と高さ情報とにより建物の傾きを算出する算出装置COを備える地震状況算出装置である。【選択図】図1
