ELECTRIC SHIELD DEVICE AND OPERATION DEVICE THEREOF
To provide an electric shield device allowing a simultaneous control of respective closing of a plurality of stages of shield material stacked in a vertical direction and controlling an action of each shield material with high quality, and its operation device.SOLUTION: The electric shield device of the invention comprises a controller 10 for controlling of a lifting of an upper part shield material 6U hung down from a headbox 1 and having an intermediate rail 7U at a lower end and a lower part shield material 6L hung down from the intermediate rail 7U and having a bottom rail 7L at a lower end. The controller 10 stops a lifting operation of the bottom rail 7L automatically during a control of the lifting of the lower shield material 6L and stops a descent operation of the intermediate rail 7U automatically during a control of the descent of the upper shield material 6U as a control so that an interval between the intermediate rail 7U and the bottom rail 7L is arranged within a prescribed range. The operation device 25 of the invention indicates positions of the upper shield material and the lower shield material by a simultaneous indication or an individual indication, or indicates or switches and selects them by a plurality of electric shield device single buttons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】上下方向に連ねた複数段の遮蔽材のそれぞれの開閉の同時制御を許容して、各遮蔽材の動作を高品質に制御する電動遮蔽装置及びその操作装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の電動遮蔽装置は、ヘッドボックス1から吊下され下端に中間レール7Uを持つ上部遮蔽材6Uと、中間レール7Uから吊下され下端にボトムレール7Lを持つ下部遮蔽材6Lとを昇降制御する制御装置10を備える。制御装置10は、中間レール7Uとボトムレール7Lとの間隔が所定範囲内になるときの制御として下部遮蔽材6Lの上昇制御中ではボトムレール7Lの上昇動作を自動停止し、上部遮蔽材6Uの下降制御中では中間レール7Uの下降動作を自動停止する。本発明の操作装置25は、同時指定又は個別指定により上部遮蔽材及び下部遮蔽材の位置を指定し、或いは複数台の電動遮蔽装置単ボタンで指定又は切り替え選択するよう構成される。【選択図】図1
