To provide a cement composition that is difficult to cause stiffness and can maintain excellent fluidity before the hardening, irrespective of not using plaster or using a small amount of the plaster, and is difficult to cause DEF after the hardening.SOLUTION: A cement composition comprising cement clinker powder, limestone powder with a blaine specific surface area of 7000 cm2/g or larger, and at least any one of a high performance water reducing agent and a high performance AE water reducing agent, in which a ratio of the limestone in a total amount of the cement clinker powder and limestone powder is 1 to 6 mass%, an amount of at least any one of the high performance water reducing agent and the high performance AE water reducing agent to 100 pts.mass of a total of the cement clinker powder and the limestone powder is, in solid content conversion, 0.1 to 1.5 pts.mass, and a ration of a sulfur compound in the cement composition is, in SO3 conversion, 0.1 to 1.0 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
