MOLDING CEMENT COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CEMENT HARDENED BODY
To provide a molding cement composition capable of manufacturing a cement hardened body having delicate and various designs and a manufacturing method of the cement hardened body.SOLUTION: The molding cement composition of the present invention is a molding cement composition which comprises an A material containing at least 25 to 70 mass% of cement containing binder, 0.1 to 5 mass% of admixture agent and 25 to 70 mass% of fine aggregate, and the admixture is a molding cement composition characterized by containing a water reducing agent, an antifoaming agent, a thickener and powder cellulose. Furthermore, the method for manufacturing the cement hardening agent according to the present invention is a manufacturing method of a cement hardened body by aging the cement molding obtained by going through using the molding cement composition: a step of forming a first kneaded matter layer, a step of forming a kneaded matter hardened layer, a step of forming a second kneaded matter layer, and a cement molded matter acquiring step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、繊細かつ多様なデザインを有するセメント質硬化体を製造することができる造形用セメント組成物及び該セメント質硬化体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の造形用セメント組成物は、 少なくとも、セメント含有結合材を25〜70質量%、混和剤を0.1〜5質量%及び細骨材を25〜70質量%含むA材を含有する、造形用セメント組成物であって、前記混和剤は、減水剤、消泡剤、増粘剤及び粉末セルロースを含むことを特徴とする造形用セメント組成物である。また、本発明のセメント質硬化体の製造方法は、前記造形用セメント組成物を用いて、第1の混練物層形成工程、混練物硬化層形成工程、第2の混練物層形成工程、セメント質造形物取得工程を経て得られたセメント質造形物を養生してセメント質硬化体を製造する方法である。【選択図】図1
