To provide cement clinker and a cement composition that can reduce heat of hydration and are excellent in short term strength development.SOLUTION: There is provided cement clinker characterized in that the ratio of C3S calculated by a Bogue formula is 50 to 75 mass%, the ratio of C2S calculated by a Bogue formula is 5 to 25 mass%, the total ratio of C3A and C4AF calculated by the Bogue formula is 15 to 22 mass%, furthermore, MgO, TiO2, MnO, and ZnO are contained, and the following formula (1) is satisfied: CMg-C3A×CTi-C3A×CMn-C3A×CZn-C3A≤0.0010 (1). In the formula (1), CMg-C3A represents a content (mass%) of MgO in C3A, CTi-C3A represents a content (mass%) of TiO2 in C3A, CMn-C3A represents a content (mass%) of MnO in C3A, and CZn-C3A represents ZnO in C3A.SELECTED DRAWING: None
