To provide cement clinker and a cement composition capable of improving strength development of mortar, while suppressing an increase of the environmental load.SOLUTION: There is provided cement clinker characterized in that a content of 3CaO SiO2 calculated by Bogue formula is 50.0 mass% or larger and 75.0 mass% or smaller, a content of 2CaO SiO2 calculated by the Bogue formula is 5.0 mass% or larger and 25.0 mass% or smaller, furthermore, MgO, Na2O, and MnO are contained, and the following formula (1) is satisfied: MgO_C3S×(-0.6)+Na2O_C3S×(15.3)+MgO_C2S×(-6.9)+Na2O_C2S×(5.2)+MnO_C2S×(145.7)≥5.700 (1).SELECTED DRAWING: None
