To provide a direct flooring structure laid on the floor skeleton body of a building and having a gap part used for wiring, allowing easy piping and wiring, excellent in sound insulation property against impact and workability.SOLUTION: A direct flooring structure has a floor material directly stuck on a floor skeleton body 3, and has a sheet-like cushioning material 4 laid on the floor skeleton body 3, floor substrates 6 laid on the cushioning material 4, and finishing materials 8 laid on the floor substrates 6. The floor substrates 6 are formed in a tabular shape, and when laying the floor substrates 6, gap parts 10 are formed by setting intervals between adjacent floor substrates 6, to thereby use the gap parts 10 for wiring and piping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 建物の床躯体上に配設され、配線等に用いる空隙部を設けた直貼床構造に関し、配線、配管等が容易に行え、且つ衝撃に対する遮音性に優れ、また施工性にも優れた直貼床構造を提供することを目的とする【解決手段】 床躯体3上に床材を直貼りした直貼床構造であって、床躯体3の上部に敷設されるシート状の緩衝材4と、前記緩衝材4の上部に配置される床下地材6と、前記床下地材6の上部に敷設される仕上げ材8と、を有し、前記床下地材6を板状に形成し、当該床下地材6を配置する際、隣り合う床下地材6同士の間に隙間を空けて空隙部10を形成し、当該空隙部10を配線、配管等に利用する構成である。【選択図】 図1
