To provide a method for constructing a decorative sheet capable of preventing a base material from being damaged by a simple work when sticking or replacing the decorative sheet, having excellent adhesion strength and appearance, further having work safety and reducing environmental load.SOLUTION: A method for constructing the decorative sheet includes: a coating step of applying a water-based adhesive composition containing a water-dispersed polyurethane on a base material; a drying step of drying the water-based adhesive composition containing the water-dispersed polyurethane so that the water content of the water-based adhesive composition containing the water-dispersed polyurethane applied on the base material becomes 5 mass% or less to form a water-based adhesive composition layer; a laminating step of laminating the back surface of the decorative sheet on the water-based adhesive composition layer so as to face each other to form a laminate; and an adhering step of applying heat treatment to the laminate to adhere the decorative sheet to the base material, wherein a softening point of the decorative sheet is higher than a softening point of polyurethane of the water-based adhesive composition layer, and a temperature of the heat treatment is higher than the softening point of the polyurethane of the water-based adhesive composition layer and lower than the softening point of the decorative sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】化粧シートを貼設または取り替える際に、簡易な作業にて下地材が損なわれてしまうことを防止でき、また、接着強度と外観に優れ、さらに、作業安全性を有し、環境負荷を低減できる化粧シートの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】下地材上に、水分散ポリウレタンを含む水系接着剤組成物を塗布する塗布工程と、前記下地材上に塗布された前記水分散ポリウレタンを含む水系接着剤組成物の含水率が5質量%以下になるまで前記水分散ポリウレタンを含む水系接着剤組成物を乾燥させて水系接着剤組成物層を形成する乾燥工程と、前記水系接着剤組成物層の上に化粧シートの裏面を対向させて積層させ、積層体を形成する積層工程と、前記積層体に加熱処理を施して、前記化粧シートを下地材上に接着する接着工程と、を含み、前記化粧シートの軟化点が、前記水系接着剤組成物層のポリウレタンの軟化点よりも高く、前記加熱処理の温度が、前記水系接着剤組成物層のポリウレタンの軟化点超、且つ前記化粧シートの軟化点未満である、化粧シートの施工方法。【選択図】なし
