To provide a joint device which is used for connecting members used for construction of a structure, for example, used for connecting precast concrete members, and to provide a joint structure.SOLUTION: A joint device which is embedded in a precast member, and which is used for connecting a pair of the precast members with each other includes: a connection member for connecting the joint devices with each other in a state where the pair of joint devices are abutted against each other; and an anchor member fixed inside the precast member, and for preventing the joint device from being pulled out from the precast member. The anchor member is a rod-like member having a shape in which the diameter gradually increases from one end part which is a connection portion with the connection member toward the other end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
