COLUMN BASE HARDWARE
To provide column base hardware used at a place where a column is installed at a foundation and capable of improving a beautiful appearance by completely covering metal components.SOLUTION: The column base hardware comprises: a burying tool 41 implanted in a column 71; an upright shaft 11 attached below the burying tool 41; a fixing plate 21 placed on a foundation 81; and a fixing bolt 38. A cavity part 75 for housing the fixing plate 21 and the like is provided in the bottom surface of the column 71. During construction, the burying tool 41 is implanted in the deep surface of the cavity part 75, and the upright shaft 11 is attached to the burying tool 41. After insertion of the fixing bolt 38 into the fixing plate 21, the fixing plate 21 is fixed to the foundation 81 by means of an anchor bolt 84. Then, the column 71 is moved, the fixing bolt 38 is inserted into a female screw 18 of the upright shaft 11, and the column 71 is drawn to the foundation 81. A defective part 27 for housing the head of the fixing bolt 38 is provided in the fixing plate 21. The fixing bolt 38 can be fastened from a gap between the foundation 81 and the column 71, all components can be housed in the column 71, and a beautiful appearance can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】柱を基礎に据え付ける箇所で用い、金属部品を完全に覆い隠して美観を向上可能な柱脚金物を提供すること。【解決手段】柱脚金物は、柱71に埋め込む埋設具41と、埋設具41の下方に取り付ける直立軸11と、基礎81に載る固定板21と、固定ボルト38と、で構成し、柱71の底面には固定板21などを収容する空洞部75を設ける。施工時は、空洞部75の奥面に埋設具41を埋め込み、埋設具41に直立軸11を取り付ける。また固定板21に固定ボルト38を差し込んだ後、アンカーボルト84を介して固定板21を基礎81に固定する。そして柱71を移動させ、固定ボルト38を直立軸11のメネジ18に差し込み、柱71を基礎81に引き寄せる。固定板21には、固定ボルト38の頭部を収容する欠損部27を設けてあり、基礎81と柱71との隙間から固定ボルト38を締め付け可能で、全部品を柱71に収容でき、美観を向上可能である。【選択図】 図1
