COLUMN BASE HARDWARE
To provide column base hardware used for installing a column in a foundation, having high rigidity and workability, and capable of suppressing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The column base hardware comprises: an embedded tool 61 embedded in a column 71; a lower plate 21 mounted on a foundation 81; an upper plate 41 attached to the bottom surface of the column 71; and a joint bolt 13 for integrating the lower plate 21 and the upper plate 41. An anchor hole 24 for inserting an anchor bolt 84 and a joint screw 23 engaged with the joint bolt 13 are provided on the lower plate 21. The upper plate 41 is attached to the column 71 via the embedded tool 61, and a joint hole 43 through which the joint bolt 13 is inserted is provided on the upper plate 41. The upper plate 41 is placed on the lower plate 21, the lower plate 21 and the upper plate 41 are integrated by the joint bolt 13, and the column 71 is installed on the foundation 81. Using simple metal plates enables manufacturing cost to be reduced for the lower pate 21 and the upper plate 41, no gap exists between elements, and there is no hollow part in surface contact. Thus, rigidity of the column 71 can be easily ensured, and insertion of the joint bolt 13 is easy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】柱を基礎に据え付けるために用い、剛性や施工性に優れるほか、製造コストを抑制可能な柱脚金物を提供すること。【解決手段】柱脚金物は、柱71に埋め込む埋設具61と、基礎81に載せる下板21と、柱71の底面に取り付ける上板41と、下板21と上板41を一体化する接合ボルト13と、で構成し、下板21には、アンカーボルト84を差し込むためのアンカー穴24と、接合ボルト13に螺合する接合ネジ23と、を設ける。また上板41は、埋設具61を介して柱71に取り付け、上板41には接合ボルト13を通す接合穴43を設ける。そして下板21に上板41を載せ、接合ボルト13で下板21と上板41を一体化し、柱71を基礎81に据え付ける。下板21や上板41は単純な金属板で製造コストを抑制できるほか、各要素が隙間なく面接触して中空部が存在しないため、柱71の剛性を確保しやすく、しかも接合ボルト13の差し込みも容易である。【選択図】図1
