To safely and rationally manage entry and exit to/from a care facility, of a long-term care service user while reducing time and effort of a long-term care facility employee.SOLUTION: A long-term care facility entry/exit management system holds a transmitter information management table that associates a transmitter ID of a transmitter of a long-term care facility employee, a transmitter ID of the transmitter of a long-term care service user, and carrier classification, and the control device refers to the transmitter information management table within a predetermined monitoring period, and unlocks the door when it is determined that the transmitter information possessed by the long-term care facility employee has been received, and locks the door when it is determined that the transmission information of the transmitter possessed by the long-term care facility employee has not been received and the transmission information of the transmitter possessed by the long-term care service user has been received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】介護施設従業員の手間を軽減しつつ、介護サービス利用者に対して、安全かつ合理的に介護施設への入場と出場を管理する。【解決手段】介護施設入出管理システムは、介護施設従業員の発信機の発信機ＩＤと介護サービス利用者の発信機の発信機ＩＤと、携帯者区分を対応付けた発信機情報管理テーブルを保持し、制御装置は、所定の監視期間内に、発信機情報管理テーブルを参照し、介護施設従業員が所持する発信機の発信情報を受信したことを判定したときに、ドアの錠を解錠するように制御し、介護施設従業員が所持する発信機の発信情報を受信しておらず、かつ、介護サービス利用者が所持する発信機の発信情報を受信したことを判定したときに、ドアの錠を施錠する。【選択図】 図６
