To accurately calculate a fermentation heat quantity in a fermentation-drying apparatus.SOLUTION: A fermentation-drying system has: a container which houses a fermentation raw material including sewage sludge, and performs fermentation-drying treatment while agitating the fermentation raw material; air feeding means for feeding air into the container; exhaust means for performing exhaustion from the container; an inner pressure information acquisition part which acquires information regarding air pressure inside the container; and an exhaust control part which controls an exhaust amount from the exhaust means such that the air pressure inside the container acquired by the inner pressure information acquisition part becomes slightly negative pressure as compared to the atmospheric pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
