To provide a plumbing facility with excellent durability without deteriorating texture.SOLUTION: A plumbing facility includes a substrate, and a surface layer on the substrate. The substrate is at least partially made of metal, and includes the surface layer on a portion made of metal. The surface layer is water-repellent, and has an end point where an absolute value of a difference between a carbon atom concentration at a certain measuring point and a carbon atom at a measuring point one point before the certain measuring point in a profile obtained by XPS depth direction analysis becomes 1.0 at% or less. A sputtering time from start of sputtering to the end point is within 5 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
