To provide a rotary lock member preventing tooth jumping when locking in a lock device in which the rotary lock member locks a locked portion on a wheel outer periphery to restrict rotation of the wheel that rotates integrally with a shaft.SOLUTION: A lock device has a wheel 9, which has a plurality of locked portions on an outer periphery and rotates integrally with a shaft, and a rotary lock member 8 that can be locked with the locked portions. The rotary lock member 8 locks the locked portions to restrict the rotation in a first direction of the shaft in the lock device. A convex 910 and a concave 911 are alternately and continuously formed in a circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the wheel 9. A lateral portion of each convex 910 is a plurality of locked portions. A dimension in the circumferential direction of each concave 911 is larger than that in the circumferential direction of each convex 910.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
