To provide a fall prevention key lock device allowing a worker to check a key lock state without feeling botheration during high-place work and facilitating attachment to a safety belt.SOLUTION: A fall prevention key lock device 1 being locked by alternately inserting a key 21 at a tip end of a move rope 20 into two key insertion holes 2 on the upper side, comprises a toggle 7 whose intermediate part in the vertical direction is pivotally supported so as to swing in a plane parallel to a surface along the surface of a worker's body; and a slider 9 engaged with an upper end of the toggle 7 and reciprocating in the horizontal direction in association with the swing of the toggle 7. Upon insertion of the key 21 into the key insertion hole 2, a lateral part on the lower side of a fulcrum of the toggle 7 is pushed by a bottom part that is a tip end side in the insertion direction of the key 21, so that the toggle 7 swings, and also the slider 9 moves in the direction of the key 21, then, the slider 9 is engaged with a stepped locking edge 21a of the key 21, and the key 21 is in a locked state where the key is prevented from coming off from the key insertion hole 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】高所作業時に煩わしく感じられることがなく、キーのロック状態を確認でき、安全帯への取り付けも容易な墜落防止用キーロック装置を提供する。【解決手段】上部の2個のキー挿入穴2に移動ロープ20の先端のキー21が交互に差し込まれてロックされる墜落防止用キーロック装置1において、作業者の体の表面に沿う面に平行な面内で揺動するように、上下方向の中間部が軸支されたトグル7と、トグル7の上端部に係合し、トグル7の揺動に伴って左右方向に往復するスライダ9とを備える。キー挿入穴2へのキー21の挿入に伴い、前記キー21の差込方向の先端側となる下部にトグル7の支点より下方の側部が押されてトグル7が揺動すると共に、スライダ9が前記キー21の方向へ移動し、前記キー21の段状の係止縁21aにスライダ9が係合して、前記キー21がキー挿入穴2から抜け止めされたロック状態となるものとする。【選択図】図4
