BUILDING MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BUILDING
To provide a building material suitable for manufacturing with high productivity as a building material in which a texture with microbumps is expressed, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A building material X1 of the present invention includes: a base material S; a coating film 20 located on a decorative surface Sa side of the base material S; and a dot printing film 40 and granules 32 located on the opposite side of the base material S in the coating film 20. The coating film 20 contains a film-forming material 21 and a granular material 22, and has a convex surface 23 that projects to the opposite side of the base material S at a position where the film-forming material 21 covers the granular material 22. The dot printing film 40 has a curved surface that follows the convex surface 23 of the coating film 20. The granule 32 is positioned differently from the convex surface 23 of the coating film 20 in a spreading direction of the base material S. A method of manufacturing building materials of the present invention includes: a first step of forming the coating film 20 on the decorative surface Sa side of the base material S; a second step of forming the dot printing film 40 on the opposite side of the base material S in the coating film 20; and a third step of distributing the granules 32 on the opposite side of the base material S in the coating film 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】微細凹凸を伴う質感が表現された建材として高い生産性で製造するのに適した建材、およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の建材X1は、基材Sと、基材Sの意匠面Sa側に位置する塗膜20と、塗膜20における基材Sとは反対側に位置するドット印刷膜40および粒体32とを備える。塗膜20は、膜形成材21および粒体22を含み、且つ、膜形成材21が粒体22を被覆している箇所にて基材Sとは反対側に突き出る凸面23を有する。ドット印刷膜40は、塗膜20の凸面23に沿った曲面を有する。粒体32は、基材Sの広がり方向にて塗膜20の凸面23と位置が異なる。本発明の建材製造方法は、基材Sの意匠面Sa側に塗膜20を形成する第1工程と、塗膜20における基材Sとは反対側にドット印刷膜40を形成する第2工程と、塗膜20における基材Sとは反対側に粒体32を配する第3工程とを含む。【選択図】図1
