ADHESION METHOD BONDING WEIGHT OBJECT ON SURFACE OF STRUCTURE
To provide an adhesion method bonding a weight object on a surface of a structure which bonds a car stop block with a weight to a rear part of a road surface of each parking section of a parking rigidly and does not damage a finishing aesthetics.SOLUTION: A sponge body 1 including adhesive at a substantially all of open cells is formed by using a two liquids type adhesive obtained by having an epoxy resin as a main agent and mixing a soft sponge using a soft polyurethane foam of the open cells and a hardening agent of a polyamine type or a polythiol with a weight ratio 2:1, and immersing the polyurethane foam in the liquid of the adhesive and repeating a pressurized compression and opening by a pressurized tool 5g, then it is inserted into an upper and lower rollers 5b, 5c and the adhesive impregnated in the sponge body 1 is squeezed at an interval of the upper and lower rollers and the percentage content is arranged within a prescribed range. Then, the sponge body 1 is placed on the bonded surface of a road surface 2, further the car stop block 4 is placed so as to pressurize by a self-weight on its upper surface and the car stop block is bonded by the adhesive in the sponge body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】駐車場の各駐車区画の路面の後部に重量ある車止めブロックを接着剤で強固に接着でき、仕上がりの美観を損なわない、構造物の表面に重量物を接合する接着方法を提供する。【解決手段】連続気泡の軟質のポリウレタンフォームを使った軟質スポンジに、エポキシ樹脂を主剤にしてこれにポリアミン類又はポリチオールの硬化剤を2:1の重量比で混練した2液性接着剤を使用し、この接着剤の液内にポリウレタンフォームを漬けて加圧器具5gで加圧圧縮と開放することを繰り返すことで、略全部の連続気泡に接着剤を含有させた同スポンジ体1を作成し、その後上下ローラ5b,5cに挿入し、上下ローラの間隔でスポンジ体1に含浸した接着剤を絞り出してその含有率を所定範囲にする。その後、このスポンジ体1を路面2の被接合面上に置いて、更にその上面に車止めブロック4を自重で加圧するように置いて、スポンジ体1内の接着剤で車止めブロックを接着する。【選択図】図6
