To provide a snow melting block device that prevents damage to a connecting part between a main pipe and a branch pipe made of polyvinyl chloride that thermally expand and contract in the pipe axis direction due to a temperature change during concrete solidification.SOLUTION: A snow melting block device comprises: a plurality of sprinkler nozzles that are buried on the upper surface of a concrete snow melting block, so as to be flush therewith, at prescribed intervals; a PVC main pipe 2 arranged in the longitudinal direction inside the snow melting block; a plurality of branch pipes 3 connected to the sprinkler nozzle from the main pipe 2; and a connecting pipe 4 having a flow hole 41 communicating with the branch pipe 3 from the main pipe 2. A cylindrical cover member 5 made of an elastic material is fitted to the connecting pipe 4. A lower end surface 5a of the cover member 5 has a curved shape along an outer peripheral surface 2b of the main pipe 2.
