REINFORCING BAR ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND REINFORCING BAR CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a simple and inexpensive reinforcing bar arrangement structure of a concrete structure and a reinforcing bar construction method for achieving reinforcing bars that can withstand the running of a leveling construction machine.SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar arrangement structure is provided with a binding bar for binding an intersection part 4 of a main reinforcing bar 2A and a distributing bar 2B at a predetermined interval, a bar-type spacer 1 with a plate, and the direction in which the main reinforcing bar 2A extends is set to the direction in which the wheels of a leveling construction machine runs on a concrete structure during curing; the thickness of the binding bar is set to a thickness that prevents cutting due to running of the wheels of the leveling construction machine on the concrete structure during curing; an arrangement interval of the bar-type spacer 1 with a plate is set to the arrangement interval in which the deformation amount in the vertical direction of the main reinforcing bar 2A after the wheel of the leveling construction machine passes on the concrete structure during curing is within a prescribed allowable range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】均し施工機械の走行に耐え得る鉄筋を実現するための簡易で安価なコンクリート構造物の配筋構造および鉄筋施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】主筋2Aと配力筋2Bの交差部4を所定の間隔で結束する結束筋と、プレート付きバー型スペーサー1とを備え、主筋2Aが延びる方向は、硬化途中のコンクリート構造物の上を均し施工機械の車輪が走行する方向に設定されており、結束筋の太さは、硬化途中のコンクリート構造物の上を均し施工機械の車輪が走行することによる切断を防止する太さに設定されており、プレート付きバー型スペーサー1の配置間隔は、硬化途中のコンクリート構造物の上を均し施工機械の車輪が通過した後の主筋2Aの上下方向の変形量を所定の許容範囲内に収める配置間隔に設定されているようにする。【選択図】図6
