To provide a civil engineering structure that can strongly suppress the rolling of a filling material by the double restraint function of a split bag body and a restraint bag body and prevent the deformation and movement of the entire bag body.SOLUTION: A civil engineering structure 1 of the present invention comprises: a plurality of divided bag bodies 10 having an inner bag 11 made of knitted fabric and a filling material 12 filled inside the inner bag 11; and a restraint bag body 20 that includes the plurality of divided bag bodies 10 inside and has a mouth binding rope 22 at the bag mouth.
