MORTAR OR CONCRETE SPRAYING METHOD AND SPRAYING DEVICE
To provide a mortar or concrete spraying method and spraying device capable of improving the quality of the spraying method by making a mixing ratio of granulated solidifying material, aggregate and water uniform.SOLUTION: A granular granulated solidifying material (M1) having the specific gravity or particle size comparable to an aggregate (M2) is used. A water addition system (100), a pumping system (200) for pumping a mixed material other than water (a mixture of the granulated solidifying material M1 and the aggregate M2), and a connection system for mixing water and a mixed material other than water are included. The pumping system (200) comprises a sprayer (25) that pumps mixed materials other than water to the connection system, a measuring device (3) that measures the amount of mixed material discharged from the sprayer (25), and a control device that calculates the amount of water added and the flow rate to have an appropriate mixing ratio for the amount of mixed material discharged (2). The water addition system (100) has a water supply pump (32) that pumps water at a flow rate calculated by the control device (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
