To provide a building work visualization system capable of acquiring a construction work image during construction work in a prescribed construction work place at a building site, and capable of acquiring construction work images before and after an abnormal image when detecting the abnormal image in the construction work place during construction work.SOLUTION: In a building work monitoring system 10, a hands-free device 13 transmits a construction work image captured by a wearable sight line camera to a management server 12 during construction work by a worker in a prescribed construction work place in a building site. When the management server 12 detects an abnormal image that is different from a normal image in the construction work image transmitted from the hands-free device 13, the management server extracts, with a point of time when the abnormal image has been detected as a reference point, a pre-construction work image at the time going back by a predetermined time from the reference point and a post-construction work image at the time after the lapse of a predetermined time from the reference point, from the construction work image; edits it into an abnormality-detected construction work image formed from the extracted pre-construction work image and the extracted post-construction work image; and stores the edited abnormality-detected construction work image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
