BUILDING MONITORING SYSTEM AND BUILDING MONITORING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building monitoring system capable of achieving continuous monitoring of a building to be a social infrastructure such as a bridge at a low cost and avoiding a potential risk due to deterioration of the building.SOLUTION: The building monitoring system comprises: a sound data storage section 110 which stores sound temporal behavioral data obtained by measuring temporal behavior of a structural member on an existing sound building; an unsound data storage section 120 which stores unsound temporal behavioral data obtained by measuring the temporal behavior of the structural member on an existing unsound building; a behavioral pattern extraction processing section 130 which calculates a behavioral pattern for each unsound factor by comparing the sound temporal behavioral data with the unsound temporal behavioral data; a behavioral pattern storage section 140 which stores behavioral pattern data by unsound factor; an evaluation object data storage section 150 which stores evaluation object temporal behavioral data; and a soundness evaluation processing section 160 which calculates unsoundness by checking the evaluation object temporal behavioral data with the behavioral pattern data by unsound factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
