INSERTION METHOD OF COMPRESSED NET-LIKE REINFORCEMENT WITH MOUTH REINFORCEMENT PIPE
To provide a novel root pile component used for an insertion method of a compressed net-like reinforcement.SOLUTION: A downward drilling is performed by a double pipe drilling using an outer pipe 16 with a ring bit 15 and an inner rod 20 with a center bit 19, by a small pitch of 7 times or less a nominal diameter of φ115 mm or φ135 mm in a construction extending direction and by multiple row arrangement in a transverse direction. After the drilling reaches a predetermined depth, the inner rod 20 and the center bit 19 are recovered. A steel rod 23 in which a plurality of hook spacers 22 are disposed is inserted into the outer pipe 16 along an injection hose. A cement grout 27 is filled into the drilled hole from a lower side toward an upper part. A fall preventing nut 25 is mounted on a top of the steel rod. A mouth reinforcement pipe 29 of a general purpose steel pipe which has a diameter of φ76.3 mm to φ101.6 mm and a length of 2 to 3 m and a fall preventing lid at its one end is inserted into the drilled hole. 【課題】圧縮型網状鉄筋挿入工法に用いるルートパイルの新しい構成部材を提供する。【解決手段】施工延長方向に呼び径φ115mm、φ135mmの7倍以下の小ピッチで、また横断方向にも複列配置となるように、リングビット15付きアウターパイプ16とセンタービット19付きインナーロッド20による2重管削孔により、下向き削孔を実施し、所定の深さに到達したらインナーロッド20とセンタービット19を回収し、複数のフックスペーサ22を配置した鋼棒23に注入ホースを添わせてアウターパイプ16内に挿入し、セメントグラウト27を前記削孔にその下側から上方に向かって充填し、その各鋼棒の頂部には落下防止ナット25が設けられ、片端に落下防止蓋のついた直径φ76.3mm〜φ101.6mm、長さ2〜3mの汎用鋼管の口元補強管29を鋼棒23に挿入し、さらに、アウターパイプ16をセメントグラウト27を加圧充填しながら回収する。【選択図】図4
