To improve workability when installing a pipe joint to a penetration part of a partitioning part of a construction.SOLUTION: A pipe joint has: an insertion part 12 insertable into a penetration part 24 provided at a partitioning part 22 of a construction 20, formed into a tubular shape having a flow passage 26 therein, and having pipe-body connecting screw parts at both ends of the flow passage 26; an adjustment screw part 14 formed at an external periphery of the insertion part 12; an attachment seat 16 for use in fixing to the partitioning part 22, and having the penetration part 24 inserted with the adjustment screw part 14; and a plurality of nuts 18A, 18B screwed to the adjustment screw part 14, and fixing the attachment seat 16 by sandwiching it from both sides of the adjustment screw part 14 in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】建造物における仕切り部の貫通部に管継手を設置する際の作業性を向上させる。【解決手段】管継手は、建造物20の仕切り部22に設けられる貫通部24に挿通可能とされ、内部に流路26を有する管状に形成され、流路26の両端に管体接続用ねじ部が設けられた挿通部12と、挿通部12の外周に形成された調整用ねじ部14と、仕切り部22への固定のために用いられ、調整用ねじ部14が挿通される貫通部24が形成された取付け座16と、調整用ねじ部14に螺合し取付け座16を調整用ねじ部14の軸方向の両側から挟んで固定する複数のナット18A,18Bと、を有する。【選択図】図5
