METHOD FOR PREPARING POROUS SILICON CARBIDE CERAMIC CARRIER
To provide a method for preparing a porous silicon carbide ceramic carrier.SOLUTION: A porous silicon carbide ceramic carrier is obtained by: using, as main raw materials, a mixed silicon carbide powder, a silica powder, a foaming agent, a dispersant, and a thermosetting polymer emulsion; mixing them uniformly to obtain a silicon carbide slurry having a high solid content; casting the silicon carbide slurry; and subjecting the cast slurry to normal pressure sintering formation, wherein the mixed silicon carbide powder is obtained by mixing a coarse silicon carbide powder and a fine silicon carbide powder.EFFECT: The porous silicon carbide ceramic carrier can be produced which: has such advantages as high intensity, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance to acid and alkali; allows a ceramic substrate to be designed which varies in specifications, formation and structure according to processing requirement; and can be used individually as a filter material for separating a large-particle material. A method for producing the porous silicon carbide ceramic carrier is simple, is flexible in control of processes, is reduced in cost, is short in formation process cycle, and has values of important application and promotion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多孔質炭化ケイ素セラミック担体の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】混合炭化ケイ素粉末、シリカ粉末、発泡剤、分散剤、及び熱硬化性ポリマーエマルジョンを主原料とし、均一に混合して高固形分の炭化ケイ素スラリーを取得し、次に鋳込み、常圧焼結成形してなり、前記混合炭化ケイ素粉末は、粗粒炭化ケイ素粉末と細粒炭化ケイ素粉末とが混合してなる。【効果】高強度で、高温耐性や酸・アルカリに対する耐食性等の利点があり、プロセス要件に応じて仕様や形状、構造が異なる分離膜材料のセラミック基体を設計することができ、大粒子状物質の分離フィルター材料として単独で使用することもできる多孔質炭化ケイ素セラミック担体を製造でき、係る製造方法が簡単で、プロセスの制御が柔軟で、低コストで、成形プロセスサイクルが短く、重要なアプリケーションとプロモーションの価値がある。【選択図】図1
