ELECTRONIC KEY ISSUING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC KEY ISSUING METHOD
To configure such that an unlocking authority of an electronic lock that is locked to allow users to occupy and use the service is not issued to other users when one user is using the service, and when one user's use is finished, the unlocking authority is canceled to issue to other users.SOLUTION: An issuance request receiving section 21a receives an electronic key issuance request from a mobile terminal 10. An electronic key issuing section 22a generates and issues a new electronic key if the issuance-requested electronic key is not in issue (in use). The issued electronic key is transmitted from an electronic key transmission section 21b to the mobile terminal 10. An electronic key reservation section 22b registers a reservation that the issuance-requested electronic key is in issue, and requests the electronic key issuing section 22a to generate and issue an electronic key when the electronic lock in issue is canceled by an electronic key cancelling section 24. A usage monitoring section 23 determines whether or not a user is present in the service provision space locked by each electronic key, and if it can determine that the user is not present, it requests the electronic key cancelling section 24 to cancel the electronic key.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
