To provide a digital key issuing method capable of efficiently establishing the combination of vehicle control operations and electronic information storage media by generating a digital key on an electronic information storage medium separated from an electronic device, and a program.SOLUTION: An electronic device 3 performs a series of first authentication processing with an IC card 4 and performs a series of second authentication processing with a vehicle 2. When receiving data for digital key generation from the authenticated vehicle 2, the data for digital key generation is transmitted to the authenticated IC card 4. When receiving the digital key certificate generated by the authenticated IC card 4 and intermediate CA certificate, the received digital key certificate and the intermediate CA certificate are transmitted to the authenticated vehicle 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】電子デバイスとは別体として分離された電子情報記憶媒体にデジタルキーを生成させ、車両等の制御対象物と電子情報記憶媒体との組み合わせを効率良く確定させることが可能なデジタルキー発行方法、及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】電子デバイス３は、ＩＣカード４との間で第１認証処理を行い、且つ、車両２との間で第２認証処理を行い、認証された車両２からデジタルキー生成用データを受信すると、当該デジタルキー生成用データを、上記認証されたＩＣカード４へ送信し、ＩＣカード４により生成されたデジタルキー証明書及び中間ＣＡ証明書を受信すると、当該受信したデジタルキー証明書及び中間ＣＡ証明書を、上記認証された車両２へ送信する。【選択図】図５
