To provide an attachable/detachable mechanism that simplifies and lightens a structure related to attachable/detachment, and a work machine having the attachable/detachable mechanism.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a main body (a) equipped with a mounting portion 60 at the tip, and an attachable/detachment mechanism 6 for attaching and detaching a working portion 51, which has an engagement portion 65 connecting to the mounting portion 60, to/from the main body a. In the attachable/detachment mechanism 6, the mounting portion 60 comprises a recessed groove open in a semicircular shape on the side of the mounting portion 60, a boss portion 603 arranged parallel to the central axis line of the recessed groove and into which a connecting shaft 62 connecting to the working portion 51 is inserted, and a peak-shaped portion 604 arranged in the vicinity of the recessed groove and the boss portion 603, having a ridge 605 in the direction intersecting the central axis of the recessed groove and the central axis of the boss portion 603, and arranged between the recessed groove and the boss portion 603. The engagement portion 65 has an engagement pin 651, a hole portion that can fix the engagement portion 65 and the mounting portion 60, and a contacting surface 653 that the ridge 605 of the peak-shaped portion 604 can come into contact with.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
