SLOPED FACE REINFORCEMENT METHOD USING SOIL BASE MATERIAL WITH WEED-PROOF FUNCTION
To provide a sloped face reinforcement method with a weed-proof function by a spray method in a place such as a side face of a footpath and a retaining wall of an irrigation channel where a large spray facility cannot be introduced.SOLUTION: A soil base material 10 is a material obtained by mixing bamboo chips in which dried bamboo is crushed, ashes that are combustion residues of wooden chip fuel, and a solidification agent constituted of a mixture of magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride. Water 31 and water 32 are mixed respectively in feeding a material into a pressure feeder 23 and at a nozzle tip portion 25 where the material is output from the pressure feeder 23 for spraying onto a sloped face 41. Since a specific gravity of the sprayed material is small, the small-sized pressure feeder 23 can be used. A spray method can be applied to a narrow place without using a machine etc. that becomes large scale in a usual spray method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】あぜ道の側面や用水路の擁壁など、大型の吹付設備を導入できない場所に吹付工法による防草機能を有する法面補強工法を提供する。【解決手段】土壌基盤材料10を、乾燥させた竹を破砕した竹チップ、木質チップ燃料の燃焼残渣である灰、酸化マグネシウムと塩化マグネシウムの混合物で構成される固化剤を混合した材料とし、圧送機23への材料投入時、ならびに、圧送機23から出力されたノズル25先端部のそれぞれで、水31,32を混合して法面41への吹付を行う。吹付を行う材料の比重が軽いため、小型の圧送機23を用いることが可能であり、通常の吹付工法では大掛かりとなる機械類を用いず、狭い場所へ吹付工法が適用できる。【選択図】図2
