To solve the problem in which workmen need to perform a cutting processing or a flexure processing of a metallic roof material according to a roof shape and construct them with labor on a work site as a processing shape or dimension of the metallic roof material at a roof end is different for each roof surface of the work site.SOLUTION: A metallic roof material of the invention is provided so that a horizontal projection dimension of a working length is set to integral divisions of a layout unit dimension of a building and a working width dimension is set to integral multiples, two times or more of the horizontal projection dimension of the working length. The metallic roof material comprises a body and a coupling material, a head side stationary part and a tail side stationary part are provided at the body, the coupling material coupling the tail side stationary part of a lower stage and the head side stationary part of an upper stage is provided, the coupling material is provided at a position aligned with a working length positioning reference, the coupling material has a dimension adjustment part for varying the working length, the working length is adjusted by selecting the coupling material having a dimension adjustment part length of each inclination, and the horizontal projection dimension of the working length is set to integral divisions of the layout unit dimension of the building even when the inclination is varied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は金属屋根材における技術であり、現場の屋根面ごとに金属屋根材の屋根端部における加工形状や寸法が異なり、現場で職人が屋根形状に合わせて金属屋根材を切断加工や折り曲げ加工などを行い、手間を掛けて施工しなければならないという課題があった。【解決手段】本発明の金属屋根材は、働き長さの水平投影寸法が建物の設計単位寸法の整数分の一であり、働き幅寸法が働き長さの水平投影寸法の二倍以上の整数倍であり、本体と連結材で構成され、本体に頭側固定部と尻側固定部を設け、下段の尻側固定部と上段の頭側固定部を連結する連結材を設け、連結材は働き長さ位置決め基準を合わせた位置に設け、連結材は働き長さを可変させる寸法調整部を有し、勾配ごとの寸法調整部長さを有した連結材を選択することで働き長さを調整し、勾配が変わっても働き長さの水平投影寸法が建物の設計単位寸法の整数分の一となる。【選択図】 図1
