HEATPROOF FIREPROOF WALL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a heatproof fireproof wall capable of improving heatproof performance and fireproof performance and a construction method of the heatproof fireproof wall.SOLUTION: A plurality of wall face panels 2 are arranged in line in a standing state, wherein the wall face panels are obtained by integrating an edge material 7 with a peripheral edge of a panel body 3 having a foam resin heatproof material 5 and a non-combustible material 6 with a thickness equal to or greater than 70 mm arranged at one surface side of the foam resin heatproof material between surface plates 4, opposite edge materials of the wall face panels 2 are fitted each other to couple the wall face panels 2, the vertical direction entire length of an area between opposite ends of these wall face panels 2 is covered by a fireproof fitting protective material 9 having a predefined flexibility, the fitting protective material 9 is fixed to each of the wall face panels 2 using a protective material fixing part 10 to construct a heatproof fireproof wall 1 and the fitting protective material 9 follows the swollen deformation of the wall face panels 2 to keep blocking a gap g between the opposite ends when the wall face panels 2 are heated and subject to swollen deformation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】防熱性および耐火性をより向上させることができる防熱耐火壁および防熱耐火壁の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】表面板4の間に発泡樹脂製防熱材5とその一方表面側に配置された厚さが70mm以上の不燃材6とが挟まれたパネル体3の周縁に縁材7を一体化させた壁面パネル2を複数枚、起立状態で並べて配置し、壁面パネル2の対向する縁材どうしを嵌合させて壁面パネル2どうしを連結した状態にして、これら壁面パネル2どうしの対向端部間の領域の上下方向全長を、所定の柔軟性を有する耐火性の嵌合保護材9によって覆って、この嵌合保護材9をそれぞれの壁面パネル2に保護材固定部10を用いて固定して防熱耐火壁1を構築し、壁面パネル2が加熱されて膨出変形した際に、嵌合保護材9がこの膨出変形に追従して対向端部どうしのすき間gを塞ぎ続ける。【選択図】図7
