To provide a laminate panel capable of improving fireproof performance, a manufacturing method thereof, a fireproof wall, a reactivity heatproof composition, a preparation method thereof, a heatproof structure and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A laminate panel 10 comprises a core material 11 and a surface layer material 12 laminated on at least one surface of the core material 11, the surface layer material 12 comprises an inorganic fiber assembly 21 and a heatproof composition 22 included in the inorganic fiber assembly 21, fireproof walls 30A, 30B are formed by the laminate panel 10 and a manufacturing method of the laminate panel 10 comprises a first process of impregnating or coating the heatproof composition 22 dispersed in an aqueous medium and formed in a slurry shape on the inorganic fiber assembly 21, a second process of laminating the inorganic fiber assembly 21 on which the heatproof composition 22 is impregnated or coated on the core material 11 and a third process of heating and compacting the inorganic fiber assembly 21 between the core material 11 and a press disc 42, sintering the heatproof composition 22 in the slurry shape and forming the surface layer material 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
