JUNCTION STRUCTURE AND FITTING
To provide a junction structure and a fitting which are capable of improving the water cut-off performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a junction structure for joining a longitudinal end face 1A of a lower frame 1 to a wall section 2B of a vertical frame 2 via a sheet-shaped sealing material 3, in which the lower frame 1 has a screw threaded part 1C to which a screw 4 inserted in the longitudinal direction is screwed. The wall section 2B of the vertical frame 2 has an insertion hole 2D through which the screw 4 that is screwed into the screw threaded part 1C is inserted. The screw 4 has a stepped part 43, between a head 42 and a threaded part 41, having an outer diameter D3 smaller than an outer diameter D2 of the head 42 and larger than an outer diameter D1 of the threaded part 41, which is inserted into the insertion hole 2D. A spacer 5 is clamped between the head 42 of the screw 4 and the wall section 2B and giving that the length of the stepped part 43 is L, the thickness of the wall section 2B is W1, the thickness of the spacer 5 is H, the minimum thickness dimension at which the sealing material exhibits sealing performance is t1, and the maximum thickness dimension is t2, the relation: t1≤L-(W1+H)≤t2 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】止水性能を向上できる接合構造および建具を提供すること。【解決手段】下枠1の長手方向の端面1Aを、シート状のシール材3を介して縦枠2の壁部2Bに接合する接合構造であって、下枠1は、長手方向に沿って進入するねじ4が螺合されるねじ螺合部1Cを有する。縦枠2の壁部2Bは、ねじ螺合部1Cに螺合されるねじ4が挿通される挿通穴2Dを有する。ねじ4は、頭部42とねじ部41との間に、頭部42の外径D2より小さくねじ部41の外径D1より大きな外径D3であり挿通穴2Dに挿通される段部43を有する。ねじ4の頭部42と壁部2Bとの間にはスペーサー5が挟持され、段部43の長さをL、壁部2Bの厚みをW1、スペーサー5の厚みをH、シール材がシール性能を発揮する最小厚さ寸法をt1、最大厚さ寸法をt2としたときに、t1≦L−(W1+H)≦t2の関係を満たす。【選択図】図3
