STEEL MATERIAL CONNECTING MECHANISM AND STEEL MATERIAL CONNECTING METHOD
To provide a steel material connecting mechanism which can easily and rigidly fasten L-shaped metal fittings to a long-length steel material which does not allow the easy intrusion of a hand to the inside by nut fastening work from the outside, and allows a use of a bolt which is larger than before in a diameter.SOLUTION: A steel material connecting mechanism for connecting a square steel pipe and the other skeleton material in an orthogonal form by using L-shaped metal fittings comprises a bolt fastening hole having a bolt head part insertion part arranged at the square steel pipe, and formed into a size allowing the insertion of a head part of a bolt, and a bolt lock part extending from the bolt head part insertion part, and having a long hole shape, smaller than an outside diameter of the bolt in a width, and larger than an axial diameter of a neck part of the bolt. The head part of the bolt is inserted into the square steel pipe from the bolt head part insertion part, and made to slide in the bolt lock part, the bolt is locked to a fastening position fastened to the L-shaped metal fittings, and the bolt is inserted into the bolt hole of the L-shaped metal fittings in this state, thus enabling nut-fastening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】内側に手が入り難い長尺の鋼材に、L字形金具を外側からのナット締め作業で簡単にかつ堅固に締結することができるとともに、従来より径の太いボルトを使用することのできる鋼材連結機構等を提供する。【解決手段】角形鋼管と他の鉄骨材とをL字形金具を用いて直交するかたちで連結する鋼材連結機構において、角形鋼管に設けられ、ボルトの頭部が挿通可能な大きさとされたボルト頭部挿入部と、当該ボルト頭部挿入部から、延在する長穴状のボルト係止部であって、幅が、ボルトの外径より小さく、かつ、ボルトの首部の軸径より大きいボルト係止部と、を有するボルト締結孔を具備し、ボルト頭部挿入部からボルトの頭部を角形鋼管内に挿入し、ボルト係止部内をスライドさせてL字形金具との締結位置にボルトを係止し、この状態でL字形金具のボルト孔にボルトを挿通させてナットで締結可能とされている。【選択図】図1
