The invention discloses a reinforcing steel bar connecting mechanism and an accurate reinforcing steel bar connecting method thereof. The reinforcing steel bar connecting mechanism comprises a formwork, an adjusting plate and fixing pieces, wherein the adjusting plate is fixed on the formwork through the fixing pieces; a first adjusting hole is formed in the adjusting plate, a second adjusting hole is formed in the formwork, and the first adjusting hole is aligned to the second adjusting hole. The accurate reinforcing steel bar connecting method comprises steps as follows: (1) determining the height of the adjusting plate as well as degrees of a first included angle and a second included angle according to a design drawing; (2) determining the degree and the diameter of a reinforcing steel bar connecting piece according to the degree and the diameter of the first included angle; (3) placing one end of the reinforcing steel bar connecting piece into a pouring body in advance, enabling the other end of the reinforcing steel bar connecting piece to penetrate through the second adjusting hole of the formwork, fixing the position with the adjusting plate, and fixing the formwork on the pouring body with the fixing pieces; (4) performing concrete pouring construction in the pouring body, and fixing the reinforcing steel bar connecting piece in the pouring body; (5) dismounting the formwork and the adjusting plate. The reinforcing steel bar connecting mechanism is simple in structure, convenient to operate and capable of guaranteeing the connecting accuracy of reinforcing steel bars and improving the welding quality of the reinforcing steel bars.
