CEMENT COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
To provide an admixture composition for cement that exhibits sufficient strength under low temperature conditions, has excellent hydration activity and good rapid hardening ability, and at the same time can sufficiently secure the prescribed flowability, and can suppress the occurrence of early shrinkage cracks due to self-shrinking, and to provide a production method therefor, as well as to provide a cement composition and a production method therefor.SOLUTION: A cement composition comprises: a rapid hardening additive for cement containing a C12A7 mineral phase; gypsum; an alkali sulfate compound; a calcium salt; lithium carbonate; and cement, wherein the C12A7 mineral is contained in an amount of 5-40% by mass, the alkali sulfate compound (sodium sulfate equivalent) is contained in an amount of 0.5-1.0% by mass, the mass ratio of lithium carbonate (lithium equivalent)/C12A7 mineral content is 0.0005-0.03, the mass ratio of calcium salt (calcium hydroxide equivalent)/C12A7 mineral is 0.03-0.4%, the mass ratio of the content of gypsum (equivalent to gypsum anhydride)/C12A7 mineral is 0.6-1.4, the crystallite diameter of the C12A7 mineral phase measured by X-ray diffraction is 150-500 nm, and its lattice constant is 11.940 to 11.975 Å.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 低温環境下で十分な強度を発現し、水和活性が優れて良好な急硬性能を示すと同時に所定の流動性を十分に確保することができ、自己収縮による初期収縮ひび割れの発生を抑制することができる、セメント用混和組成物及びその製造方法、並びにセメント組成物及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 セメント用組成物は、C12A7系鉱物相を含有するセメント用急硬性添加材と、石膏と、硫酸アルカリ化合物と、カルシウム塩と、炭酸リチウムとセメントとを含み、C12A7系鉱物を5〜40質量%、硫酸アルカリ化合物(硫酸ナトリウム換算)を0.5〜1.0質量%含み、炭酸リチウム(リチウム換算)/C12A7系鉱物相の含有量の質量比が0.0005〜0.03、カルシウム塩(水酸化カルシウム換算)/C12A7系鉱物相の含有量の質量比が0.03〜0.4質量%、石膏(無水石膏換算)/C12A7系鉱物相の含有量の質量比が0.6〜1.4であり、X線回折で測定したC12A7系鉱物相の結晶子径が150〜500nmで格子定数が11.940〜11.975Åである。【選択図】 なし
