FORM UNIT AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a form unit that is unnecessary to remove for conducting concrete placing without using form timbering.SOLUTION: A form unit comprises an embedded panel 10, a connection member 20, a first fixture 30, a collar 23, and a second fixture 40. The connection member 20 has a separator part 21 and a male thread part 22 that is mounted at its one end. The second fixture 40 has a head part 41 and a male thread part 42. The embedded panel 10 has a hole 13 through which the male thread part 42 of the second fixture 40 can be penetrated. The collar 23 has a hole 24 through which the male thread part 42 of the second fixture 40 can be inserted and an end surface 23A for abutting an embedded panel surface. The first fixture 30 is a convex member that has an end surface 31 for abutting an embedded panel backside and its shaft part has a female thread part 33 that screws the male thread part 22 of the connection member 20 and the male thread part 42 of the second fixture 40. The sum of an abutment area to an embedded panel surface 12 of the collar 23 and an abutment area to an embedded panel backside 11 of the first fixture 30 is 2% or more of one surface area of the embedded panel 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
