FLOATATION PREVENTING DEVICE FOR REHABILITATION PIPE
To provide a device capable of stably supporting a rehabilitation pipe and preventing flotation and deformation of the rehabilitation pipe when filling a backfilling material while having a simple structure and a low cost.SOLUTION: A floating prevention device is used to prevent flotation and deformation of the rehabilitation pipe 2 when filling the backfill material between an existing pipe 1 and the rehabilitation pipe 2 lined inside the existing pipe 1. At least a pair of support members 10 extending in a pipe axis direction are arranged apart from each other in different directions from pipe tops of the existing pipe 1 and the rehabilitation pipe 2 in a gap between an upper chord part of the existing pipe 1 and the upper chord part of the rehabilitation pipe 2. A bottom abdominal raising member 16 extends inside the rehabilitation tube 2 along a pipe bottom of the rehabilitation tube 2. Timbering 20 are arranged at intervals in the pipe axis direction of the rehabilitation pipe 2. The timbering 20 has a jack art 24, and stands vertically from the bottom abdominal raising member 16, and an upper end of the timbering holds a pipe top of the rehabilitation pipe 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 簡単な構造で低コストでありながら、裏込め材充填の際に、更生管を安定して支持することができるとともに、更生管の浮上と変形を防止できる装置を提供する。【解決手段】浮上防止装置は、既設管1と既設管1の内側にライニングされた更生管2との間に裏込め材を充填する際に、更生管2の浮上と変形を防止するために用いられる。管軸方向に延びる少なくとも一対の支持部材10が、既設管1の上弦部と更生管2の上弦部との隙間に、既設管1と更生管2の管頂から互いに異なる方向に離れて配置されている。底部腹起し部材16が更生管2の内側において更生管2の管底に沿って延びている。更生管2の管軸方向に間隔をおいて支保工20が配置されている。支保工20は、ジャッキ部24を有し、底部腹起し部材16から垂直に起立し、上端が更生管2の管頂を押さえている。【選択図】図2
