FLOATATION PREVENTING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR REHABILITATION PIPE IN REHABILITATION WORK OF EXISTING PIPE
To provided a floatation preventing device and a method that do not hinder the installation even if the existing pipe is uneven, can reduce the flow obstruction at the time of installation, and can secure the finished shape of the rehabilitation pipe.SOLUTION: A floatation preventing device 5 is installed prior to the lining of a rehabilitation pipe 3 provided along the inner circumference of an existing pipe 1. A linear support beam 11 of the floatation preventing device 5 is engaged along the extension direction of the existing pipe 1 so as to be close to and separated from the inner peripheral surface of the upper half of the existing pipe 1. The support beam 11 is then moved closer to and farther away from the existing pipe 1 so that the support beam 11 is placed on the rehabilitation pipe 3 during lining, and the amount of protrusion of each protruding member 30 from the support beam 11 into the existing pipe 1 is adjusted so that the support beam 11 abuts on the existing pipe 1, or the tips of the plurality of protruding members 30 provided apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the support beam 11 abut on the existing pipe 1, respectively. Then, backfill material 4 is filled into an inter-pipe space 2 between the rehabilitation pipe 3 and the existing pipe 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】既設管の不陸が在っても設置に支障を来さず、かつ設置時の流下阻害を低減可能であり、さらに更生管の出来形を確保できる浮上防止装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設管1の内周に沿う更生管3のライニングに先立ち、浮上防止装置5を設置する。浮上防止装置5の直線状の支保梁材11を、既設管1の延長方向に沿わせて、既設管1の上半部の内周面に対して接近離間可能に係着する。その後、ライニング中の更生管3に支保梁材11が載るように支保梁材11を既設管1に対して接近離間させ、支保梁材11が既設管1に当たるか又は支保梁材11の長手方向に離間して設けられた複数の出没部材30の先端がそれぞれ既設管1に突き当たるよう、各出没部材30の支保梁材11から既設管1への突出量を調節する。その後、更生管3と既設管1の間の管間空間2に裏込め材4を充填する。【選択図】図8
