To provide a magnetic wall material sheet satisfying requirements of scratch resistance, erasability, low gloss in addition to fire resistance.SOLUTION: A magnetic wall material sheet 10 consists of a laminate body having a multipole magnetized magnet sheet 20, a transparent surface coat layer 40 having hardening function and matting function, and a decorative layer 32 provided between the magnet sheet 20 and the surface coat layer 40. The magnetic wall material sheet satisfies the evaluation standard of predetermined heat release test relating to fireproof performance and gas toxicity test, and a surface of the surface coat layer 40, which is a wall surface 11, has pencil hardness of 4H or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防耐火性に加え、耐擦傷性、消去性および低光沢性の要件を同時に兼ね備えた磁性壁材シートを提供すること。【解決手段】多極着磁型のマグネットシート２０と、硬質化機能およびマット化機能を備える透明な表面コート層４０と、マグネットシート２０と表面コート層４０との間に設けられた装飾層３２とを備える積層体からなる磁性壁材シート１０であって、防耐火性能に関する所定の発熱性試験およびガス有害性試験の評価基準を満たすとともに、壁面１１となる表面コート層４０の表面が４Ｈ以上の鉛筆硬度とされたことを特徴とする磁性壁材シート。【選択図】図１
