To provide a manhole cover with high waterproof property of an opening/closing lid.SOLUTION: A manhole cover 1 comprises: a receiving frame 2 and an opening/closing lid 3 each contact face of which is sloped; and a fixing member 4 which fixes the opening/closing lid 3 to the receiving frame 2. The receiving frame 2 includes: an annular frame portion 20 which is disposed in an opening in a manhole; and an intra-frame extension portion 21 which is formed in the annular frame portion 20. The intra-frame extension portion 21 includes a fixing extension portion 210 with a vertically penetrating through hole 210a. The opening/closing lid 3 includes a cover main body portion 30 containing a fixing insertion portion 31 with a stepped hole 310. The fixing member 4 includes: a seal member 40 which is disposed in the stepped hole 310 and at least a lower face of which is an elastic deformation portion; a bolt member 41; a female screw member 42 which can be screwed with a shaft portion of the bolt member 41 and is disposed below the fixing extension portion 210; and an energizing member 43 which downwardly energizes the female screw member 42 between the fixing extension portion 210 and the female screw member 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
