INSTALLATION DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
To provide an installation data management system excellent in workability allowing obtaining whether or not load bearing capacity reaches targets of allowable bearing capacity and the like as early as possible.SOLUTION: An installation data management system 1 is to be designed for installation of piles in the ground with a pile driver. The installation data management system is provided with: a support capacity calculation section 431 for storing measured results of a penetration amount, a rebound amount, impact energy and impact number of the piles, and calculating the support capacity using the measured penetration amount, the rebound amount, the impact energy as well as a calculation formula selected from among a plurality thereof; a determination section 432 for determining whether the calculated support capacity is equal to or more than a reference value; a graph generation section 433 for generating a graph corresponding to an installation depth of the pile from the installation data by the time when the support capacity is calculated; and a monitor 45 for displaying the support capacity and the graph as well as the determination result by the determination section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】許容支持力などの目標とする支持力に到達したか否かを早期に把握することが可能な施工性に優れた打設データ管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】杭打ち機により杭を地盤に打設する際の打設データ管理システム1である。そして、杭の貫入量、リバウンド量、打撃エネルギー及び打撃回数の計測結果を取り込むとともに、計測された貫入量、リバウンド量及び打撃エネルギー並びに複数の中から選択された支持力算定式によって支持力を算定する支持力算定部431と、算定された支持力が基準値以上であるか否かを判定する判定部432と、支持力が算定された時点までの打設データから杭の打設深さに応じたグラフを作成するグラフ作成部433と、支持力及びグラフ並びに判定部による判定結果を表示するモニタ45とを備えている。【選択図】図2
