To improve operability of an operation switch.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device of a vehicular door includes: a back door 20 which is connected through a hinge provided at an upper edge of an opening 11 of a back surface 10a of a vehicle 10 and may open or close the opening 11; a drive part which drives the back door 20 to open or close the back door; a control unit which controls the drive part based on an input of a command signal for opening or closing the back door 20; and an operation switch 60 including an opening switch that is touched to output the command signal for opening the back door 20 to the control unit. The operation switch 60 is provided on a rear part side surface 10b of the vehicle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
