To provide a bridge pier construction method that can shorten a construction period and reduce construction cost by reducing the number of joints in the vertical direction.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a bridge pier construction method with which a precast bridge pier 1 is constructed by integrally joining a plurality of concrete precast blocks, the method including: a step of manufacturing a precast column member 3 by dividing a cross section of the bridge pier into a plurality of divisions; and a step of joining at least one of upper and lower ends of the plurality of precast column members 3 to one precast connecting member 4 of a flat plate shape with a joint member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
