To provide a pier construction method that can continue the construction of a bridge even during a flood season of a river.SOLUTION: A pier construction method is for constructing a pier 3 used to construct a bridge that crosses a river 9. The pier construction method includes: a pier substructure construction step of constructing a pier substructure 30 at a height equal to or above a planned high water level (HWL) of the river 9 and at a height equal to or less than an existing substructure 10 at a position that is spaced in the direction of the river 9 water flow and being approximately the same as that of the existing substructure 10 of the bridge along the direction of the bridge axis; and a pier erection step of installing an erection girder 33 along the bridge axis direction on the pier substructure 30 to construct the pier 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】河川の出水期においても橋梁の施工を継続することができる桟橋構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】桟橋構築方法は、河川9を横断する橋梁の施工に利用される桟橋3を構築する。桟橋構築方法は、河川9の流水方向に間隔をあけると共に橋梁の橋軸方向に橋梁の既設下部工10と同程度の間隔をあけた位置において、河川9の計画高水位(HWL)以上かつ既設下部工10と同程度の高さ以下の高さに桟橋下部工30を構築する桟橋下部工構築工程と、桟橋下部工30の上に橋軸方向に沿って架設桁33を設置して桟橋3を構築する桟橋架設工程と、を備えた。【選択図】図8
