To make it possible to determine whether or not a form plate constituting a column base anchor structure has been selected at the time of designing, in a manufacturing site.SOLUTION: A column base anchor structure 1 includes one form plate selected from a plurality of form plates whose specification is determined by a standard, and a trestle supporting the one form plate. The trestle 2 has a pair of supporting parts 221 for supporting a lower form plate 31, and the lower form plate 31 has a pair of supported parts 312 supported by the pair of supporting parts 221. The standard determines the specification of the lower form plate 31 so that an interval b on the inside end between the pair of supported parts 312 becomes gradually large, and includes a specification that the interval b between the supported parts 312 is a first interval, a specification that the interval is a second interval larger than the first interval by one step, and a specification that the interval is a third interval larger than the second interval by one step. The interval d between the inside ends of the pair of supporting parts 221 is equal to or larger than the first interval, and an interval c between the outside ends of the pair of supporting parts 221 is equal to or larger than the second interval and equal to or less than the third interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
