METALLIC CONCRETE FOUNDATION FORM DEVICE
To provide a form device which prevents projection of a holder, prevents a shortage of form due to breakage during conveyance, and does not cause hinderance on work.SOLUTION: A metallic concrete foundation form device is composed of: metallic quadrilateral frame bodies 1 composed of upper and lower edge frames and right and left edge frames; metallic face plate forms which are welded between the upper and lower edge frames and are composed of a plurality of metallic vertical middle sashes 4 parallel to the right and left edge frames; L-shaped holding spring frames 5 which are erected from a quadrilateral face plate 2 of the outside edge part between the vertical middle sashes 4 facing the one edge frame of the right and left edge frames, and have a free end of an upper piece facing the side of the one right and left edge frames; and a holder 6 which is slidably held and positioned between the L-shaped holding spring frames 5 and the one edge frame of the right and left edge frames, has a base end fixed to a rotation shaft, and is held by the L-shaped holding spring frame 5 normally. When connecting the metallic face plate forms of the same shape, the holder 6 of the one metallic face plate form is slid and the rotation shaft is inserted into a connection small hole of the edge frame of the other metallic face plate form, and the holder 6 is rotated to sandwich the right and left edge frames of both metallic face plate forms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ホルダーが突出せず、輸送中の破損による型枠不足がなく、作業に支障が伴わない型枠装置を提供する。【解決手段】上下縁枠と左右縁枠にて構成された金属製四辺形枠体１と、この上下縁枠間に溶接され、左右縁枠と平行する金属製の複数本の縦中桟４とで構成された金属製面板型枠と、左右縁枠の一方縁枠と対峙する縦中桟４間において外側縁部の四辺形面板２から直立し、上片の自由端を一方の左右縁枠側に向けたＬ型保持バネ枠５と、このＬ型保持バネ枠５と左右縁枠の一方との間にスライド自在に保持されて位置し、回転軸に基端を固定され、常時はＬ型保持バネ枠５にて保持されるホルダー６とで成し、更に同形の金属製面板型枠を連結する際に於いて、一方の金属製面板型枠のホルダー６をスライドさせて回転軸を他方の金属製面板型枠の縁枠の連結小孔に挿入し、ホルダー６を回動させて両金属製面板型枠の左右縁枠を挟持する金属製コンクリート基礎型枠装置。【選択図】図２
