To provide a mold form for a foundation concrete formation capable of correcting an installation position by reusable mold forms even when the installation position of the mold form is dislocated or the mold form itself is inclined and capable of being held at a suitable interval of the mold forms by an interval holding tool and capable of correcting the inclination as well.SOLUTION: A mold form for a foundation concrete formation according to the invention comprises: a mold form including plate-like mold form mechanism B22, mold form mechanism C24 and a plurality of mold form mechanisms A3 installed in parallel in two rows on a foundation 1; and a horizontal support mechanism 33 constituting a box A installed in one or more and holding an interval of rows so as to be stretched at an upper end of the mold forms in two rows. The mold form for a foundation concrete formation corrects the inclination of coupled mold forms and couples the mold form mechanism B, the mold form mechanism C and the plurality of mold form mechanisms A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、型枠の設置位置がずれていたり、型枠自体が傾いていた場合でも、再利用できる型枠同士によって設置位置を修正したうえ、間隔保持具によって、型枠同士の適切な間隔に保持でき、傾きも修正できる基礎コンクリート形成用型枠を提供する。【解決手段】本発明にかかる基礎コンクリート形成用型枠は、基礎１上に、2列に平行に設置される、平板状の、型枠機構B２２、型枠機構C２４、複数の型枠機構A３、が連結して構成される型枠と、2列の型枠の上端に架けるように、1以上、設置される、列の間隔を保持する箱体Aからなる水平支持機構３３と、からなり、連結する型枠同士の傾きを矯正して、型枠機構B、型枠機構C、複数の型枠機構Aを連結させることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
